So congrats to all the people of SASTRA!!! Wi-Fi is finally here !!!
It took a lot of time but all this wait ... all for good i guess. Here are the first few stats:
- Register on sastra's website.
- The information that you need to furnish there are MAC address, hardware specifications, a few other personal information.
- Change the LAN settings of the Internet Options as shown in the image.
- The good news is that the speed is good, downloads are possible.
- There are no charges for using this facility as of now(cant predict the future).
- Torrents wont work.
- Orkut is still banned and even images.orkut wont work.(dont worry, someone will eventually find a way out)
